Excellent Tai Chi master and fortunate to find this school. Just need to observe how good their students are. The senior students here are always helpful and friendly, they will share with you and help you along in your Tai Chi journey. Amazing vibe

Julius is a brilliant teacher! I use a blend of the Heaven Man Earth online training with Sifu Adam Mizner and one-on-one training with Julius once or twice a month. I enjoy using the online videos to learn the basics at my own pace and the benefit of being able to review the videos over-and-over.But the really deep learning occurs with Julius. Julius takes you deep inside the workings of Tai Chi and personalises the key insights for you on an individual basis. There is a saying that you need to 'touch the teacher' to feel the energy and correct movements. This is where the individual classes are invaluable!Thank you Julius. Amazing classes! A friendly supportive environment to learn Tai Chi with a great teacher!

My wife and I have been training with Shireen for a few months now and we both feel much better for it. The classes start with stretching, then Lotus form qigong and then we move into learning the different forms. We always look forward to our classes.
