I am grateful to have found this wonderful group of likeminded people that are generous and kind, to practice Taoist Tai Chi alongside them is a real privilege. I cannot imagine my life without tai chi now and I am thankful for the health and injury recovery benefits it has given me. It has also fulfilled a spiritual need and given me the answers to help me understand my being here.
